Purpose The Salish Sea School is dedicated to all young people embodying skill, understanding and caring commitment to the commons. The heart of the integrated curriculum is experiential study of the Cascadia Bioregion. Students build a deep interconnection with one another and the ecosystem, hone academic and practical skills, make connections between personal, community and global well-being, develop initiative, imagination, and servant leadership, and cultivate integrity, authenticity, ethics and empathy.
